What happens when the duration of access ends?

Hi there, 

When access ends for the selected time period, the following happens:

 

1. Two weeks before expiration you will get an email as below. It is offered to extend the previous purchase for the same duration as selected before (3/6... months).
   
   Important: No payment or renewal will be made automatically. If you do not respond, your access will automatically end after two weeks from this email.
    
2. If the access is to expire after 2 weeks and not be renewed --> please do nothing at all
    
3. If you want to extend the access for the same duration and at the same cost, please click on "Pay Now" in the email (see mark).
   To complete this, you have 2 weeks.
